A life saver for HR and Payroll

  • Before choosing iTrend, we were looking for a one-stop-shop type of platform that would take care of all our HR needs. iTrent has truly provided that for us. I love the fresh and clean user-friendly platform. Our employees are happy too as they can directly access information like annual leave entitlement and electronic payslips are sent via email. Managers too can access basic employee information, instead of going through the trouble of asking Payroll or HR, which saves a lot of time of resources and increases productivity.
CONS
  • I would recommend adding more options of customizations to the user as I feel the system can be rigid at times.
