Owner

Used the software for: 2+ years

Reviewer source: Capterra

  •    Overall score- 4/5
  •    Ease of Use- 4 / 5
  •    Features & Functionality- 4 / 5
  •    Customer Support- 5 / 5
  •    Value for Money- 5 / 5

Pros: I have been using this software for more than two years now. As an entrepreneur, I have to look after everything; right from the finances to the sales. And this would not have been possible without their amazing support team. Also, another feature that I personally love is their multiple currency features.

Cons:  This software seems a little confusing to use at the beginning, especially the multiple currencies feature.

Overall: Zoho Books is so far the best accounting platforms I have tried. Its team has always been there to solve my queries and help improve my business. The other thing I like about this software is that they are constantly working on offering new features. I would definitely recommend this platform to other users as well.

Maria B- “A good Option for Small businesses”

Accountant

Used the software for: 1-2 years

Reviewer source: Capterra

  •    Overall score- 5/5
  •    Ease of Use- 5 / 5
  •    Features & Functionality- 5 / 5
  •    Customer Support- 5 / 5
  •    Value for Money- 5 / 5

Pros: This is one of the best options available on the market for keeping records. The software has an excellent support team and updates its users frequently about the new features. If you want to keep up with the progress, you can view the automatically generated reports. Another feature that I like is that this software frequently sends you reminders of invoices. This helps ensure I do not miss any post-dated activity.

Cons:  It gets a little confusing when it comes to customising invoicing. This platform should work on informing its users about how to use features in the correct way. By doing this, they can improve customer satisfaction.

Overall: It is a good platform for small businesses. As it is simple to use and has a great support team, I would be very happy to recommend it to others. However, this platform needs to work on fixing its glitches.
