  • The best part of this software is that is easy to use and understand for non-financial users. It also is effective when it comes to adaptability and customizing system to suit a business for day to day activities. I also really like the feedback and assistance from the Helpdesk and the consultants are always very effective.
  • That I cannot see 'back-end' rules to make sure it is in line with my expectations. IDU is a very fiscal set restricted (causing duplication of work & errors to occur). Structures are also very specific, again duplication of work (would be nice to have a 'main' set up where all structures feed from).
