Attributes

The different information that users put in Paragon can be classified in many different ways. For example, someone might have blue eyes or wear green trousers. Paragon uses these attributes to classify its information.

It is possible to create as many attributes as needed. Then one can apply them to anything in the system. It is kind of like tagging things and assigning them characteristics, so that the available information can be easily accessible.

For example, if a pair of shoes is being taken into consideration. The shoes will have a color attributed to it. The shoe will also have a style and size attributed to it. For example, it is possible to write a rule that states that if a specific customer orders more than 20 pieces of a product within the month of September, the customer will get a matching accessory shipped with it.

Paragon lets its users create rules that combine two rules and create business workflows. Rules can be created which can be used to set data validations. Users can also can apply rules to list filtering. Revolutionary cloud ERP! Impressive how flexibility and UX have been built into the core.

Paragon adapts to your business, instead of the other way around. That is unprecedented in ERP land. It means it can meet business requirements in terms of terminology used, product attributes, associations, rules, etc. Also the implementation time is very short and the software is very intuitive. This means that you're up and running in a very short time. Also you can continue to tweak and further optimize processes aftwards. So your ERP evolves with your organization and delivers increasing efficiencies over time.

CONS
  • Some nice to have features are still missing, but I understand nearly all of these features are being worked on or are planned for the near future. I have been following Paragon for 2 years now and given the speed of delivery shown over that period of time, Jonar has shown to deliver on promise.
