PROS:
  • The software is very easy to use and convenient.

  • The setup is easy and the customer service is very professional

CONS:
  • Some reports are not white-labeled and the formatting is also not very appealing. 
  • The dashboard is not very easy to navigate and manage. 
  • The mobile application has a few bugs that need to be fixed. 
  • The UI of the desktop application seems a bit outdated.
