PROS:
  • The productive /unproductive bifurcation provides an overview of a user’s activity. 
  • The desktop screenshot feature allows managers to determine if all team members are working. 
  • The tool is very easy to use and one of the best solutions to track a user’s productivity and idle time. 
  • Very friendly user interface (UI). 
  • The quality of reports and customer support is world-class.

CONS:
  • Some features of the tool get unresponsive after a while. 
  • Understanding which screenshot belongs to which project is not very easy to track. 
  • The automatic time tracking feature is not 100% accurate, especially when users are working on Google. 
  • The pricing is on the higher end of the spectrum.
