awork is a cloud-based collaboration tool that is designed to streamline project management, marketing management, and event management. The platform enables users to assign tasks to team members and keep track of the progress and performance throughout the project. 
The tasks can be assigned through the tool’s customizable Kanban boards, which can also be referred to as interactive to-do lists. Besides, users can also build a timeline for each project which allows them to provide accurate data to stakeholders and clients regarding projects. 
The boards allow you to add tasks, sub-tasks, and deadlines for each project so that it is easier to understand the workflow of your project. A project manager can shift between multiple views to see the progress of different tasks.
The time tracker allows you to keep track of the time spent by each team member on different tasks.

PROS:

  • The tool is very simple to use and understand
  • The different views available of different tasks and projects make it extremely easy to keep track of each task
  • The customer support is extremely responsive and helpful
  • The overall user interface is very appealing

CONS:
  • There are a few functionalities that are missing. However, the vendor is consistently adding new features to improve the tool.
  • The text editor is a bit buggy
  • The colors in the charts can be improved to make them more attractive
  • Requires a stable internet connection to work on. Does not have an offline version
  • Some creative features are not available

Karandeep V
