YesWare features

YesWare is packed with abundant useful features that optimize email communication between sales teams and their customers. Besides, it is extremely easy for beginners to learn and understand how this easy-to-use tool works.

  • YesWare Email tracking

Building relationships with customers is an integral part of a business. Email tracking allows users to keep a track of people who are opening emails, viewing attached files, and clicking on links.

This feature also helps users identify the best prospects and follow up with them instantly after the email has been opened. A lead’s entire history can be viewed at a glance as it keeps tabs on the complete engagement history.

  • Prospecting campaigns

Stay in touch with existing customers and prospects in a personalized way. Add custom touches to your manual and automated mails, LinkedIn mails, and more. Users can build custom email campaigns that send on their own.

YesWare allows users to curate tailored outreach to the target audience. Timings and cadence for each touch point can be set to create effective prospecting campaigns.

It allows smooth tracking of the campaign and provides deep insight into what changes can be made to improve interaction.

  • Meeting scheduler

YesWare’s meeting scheduler simplifies scheduling meetings like never before. Users can share meeting links with their customers and let them block a time as per their schedule. Scheduled meetings are added to the calendar automatically. Meeting scheduler can also be integrated with Gmail and Outlook calendars.

Users can also set the type of meeting and meeting lengths common calls. In the recent updates, users can also integrate Yes Ware with their Zoom account.

  • Follow-up templates

Follow-up templates help users follow up with customers at various stages of a sales process. Users do not have to write new emails for every prospect. This feature allows building a Template Library and creating personalized templates for new campaigns.

Customization of each template is possible along with effective tracking of what type of templates are drawing in more engagement.

  • Reporting and analytics

YesWare provides valuable insights related to what type of email campaigns are attracting more engagement. Users can view the email campaign statistics on the dashboards and also understand how recipients are engaging. The Recipient Engagement Report highlights your hottest leads.

YesWare integrates with Salesforce which syncs email data with Salesforce Reporting. Users can develop customized reporting dashboards for different team members.

Karandeep V

Karandeep V

Karandeep was born in Pune, Maharashtra, an upcoming metropolitan city in the Western region of India. While most members of his family are engineers, he had different ideas. He was more inclined toward exploring the non-technical aspects of a business, which is why he studied Bachelors of Business Administration at Symbiosis International University, Pune.  Having said that, his love for new and upcoming technologies remained intact, which is why he has written extensively about technology throughout his career. After a brief stint with a gaming company at the beginning of his career, he discovered that his love for writing was not temporary.  Being a tech geek, he always liked installing and playing around with new applications on his mobile devices and the home desktop. He was fascinated by how technology can simplify even the most mundane and complex tasks with just a few commands. He keeps a close eye on how businesses use different tools to streamline their operations to boost productivity and efficiency. At ToolsMetric, he writes product reviews that cover the main features and specifications of different enterprise applications. The sheer amount of innovation and hard work that goes into building these tech solutions is one of the reasons why Karandeep loves reviewing these tools. Besides product reviews, he also writes interesting news articles and blogs that track the latest developments in the tech industry.  When he is not writing, you can find him rooted to his seat playing video games, watching movies, or supporting his favorite football team. Since his childhood, he has always loved to travel and explore new places. Traveling is a major part of his life due to a myriad of reasons such as experiencing new cultures, food, and traditions. His other hobbies include playing football, cooking, and running.  You can find him on LinkedIn here.
