Key Metrics of Drip

Say hello to Automated Workflows

Every customer has a different way of interacting with your business. It might be easy for you to track their journey when they are just a handful. But what do you do when things get rolling, and you aren’t able to keep track? Automated workflows can be your answer. With this feature, you can send automatic triggers and responses within no time. You won’t have to worry about manually moving your customers to the next stage in the journey. This feature can do it all for you.

Make personalization your best friend

No two customers are the same. Each one has a different interest,  experience, and requirements. As each one is different, you cannot create a strategy with the ‘one size fits all’ approach. This is when personalization comes into the picture. Drip encourages you to adopt dynamic marketing strategies that vary for every potential customer. This can help you say goodbye to cold retail experiences.

Bid farewell to guesses and assumptions

Does your business decisions rely on guessing and assuming a strategy will work in your favour’? If they do, you need to stop it right away and focus on something more concrete such as data-driven decisions. With Drip’s Analytics and Reporting feature, you can use data to make well-informed decisions. This will help you identify what is working and what’s not for your business. Based on these data and market trends, you can create suitable strategies.

What are the Drip users saying?

As mentioned earlier, this e-commerce customer relationship management tool is used by businesses all over the globe. A few of these customers have shared their experience with Drip. The following pointers will help you learn what Drip’s customers have to say.

Mark S- “Drip is best to email/marketing automation software I know and have used till date”

Project Manager

Used the software for 1-2 years

Reviewer source: Capterra

Overall score- 5/5

Ease of Use- 5 / 5

Features & Functionality- 5 / 5

Customer Support- 5 / 5

Value for Money- 5 / 5

Pros: I am a marketing automation geek. And, Drip is the only platform till date that allows me to add just about any other type of marketing software layer like surveys, onsite retargeting, text messages, and even integrate Facebook messenger, and more. All of this at such an affordable price. I really do not need to ask for anything more.

Cons:  I don’t think there are any cons of using Drip. Every business who wants to grow should consider using this e-commerce CRM platform.

Overall: I have used this platform for quite some time now, and I must say it is easy to integrate with any third party app. It helps me create a personalized experience for every customer.  I believe Drip helps you deliver an online experience like no other. This will surely help you get noticed and stand out in the crowd.

Cliff H- “I prefer Drip over every other platform out there”

CEO

Used the software for 2+ years

Reviewer source: Capterra

Overall score- 5/5

Ease of Use- 5 / 5

Features & Functionality- 5 / 5

Customer Support- 5 / 5

Value for Money- 4 / 5

Pros: I have used several CRM platforms for my business. And, Drip is by far the easiest and most intuitive software for us. A few of the things that I love about this platform are its templates, integrations with all the other platforms and ease of use.

Cons:  I think Drip lacks tighter integration with Shopify, App, app-based notifications and similar features. It would be really useful if Drip introduces these features so that I do not have to use five different platforms.

Overall: I do not think there is much to complain about this software. My team loves this software because of the ease of use for creating and delivering email sequences. I do not think I will stop using this customer relationship management tool anytime soon.

Mukesh M- “The ultimate automated email service platform with extremely helpful support team”

Overall score- 5/5

Ease of Use- 5 / 5

Features & Functionality- 5 / 5

Customer Support- 5 / 5

Value for Money- 4 / 5

Pros: We have been using this platform for an extended period of time, and I must say the UI is amazing. It helps us get a visual overview of the activity without the need to look at numbers. Also, the automated workflow and visual email builder are a treat to the modern marketer. Whenever my team has any doubts, the chat support team is always available to help us out.

Cons: Even though I love this platform, I believe there is room for improvement. For instance, Drip does not offer many options for lead capture forms. Having a library of well-designed forms can really help my team.

Overall: All in all, I am happy with this e-commerce CRM software. I think it serves as a great marketing automation tool combined with CRM for our business.

9 Total Score
Drip is a lean email marketing automation platform laser-focused on workflows that's great for B2Bs.

We were able to significantly cut costs from our previous ESP by switching to Drip while retaining most of our functionality (only losing landing pages, but Leadpages offers a good alternative that is still affordable at a fraction of the price). We are in the process of moving to a marketing automation suite only because one problem we encountered with Drip was that it was difficult to synchronize data between our legacy platforms.
