Some of the other important findings of the report include:
- 92% of respondents are of the opinion that social media is a core part of their business [3].

- 84% of marketers have integrated social media into conventional marketing activities [5].

The retail industry has arguably benefited a lot from social media. Some big companies including Costco and Target have always got their social media marketing on point. However, we are seeing even smaller companies and retailers do well.
