Bolton Clarke’s IoT Roadmap
Mitch Franklin, Integration Professional Bolton Clarke said that digitization has opened up new and exciting opportunities for Bolton Clarke. In the upcoming months, the non-for-profit will prioritize leveraging cutting-edge technologies to improve customer care.
After analyzing some other alternatives, Bolton Clarke opted for the Boomi platform to connect its cloud-based and on-premises systems which includes linking the organization’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform to various management and healthcare solutions.
Mr. Franklin said, “ The Boomi platform gives us the integration infrastructure to provide a single view of data, irrelevant of location or environment. The ability to then leverage and expand those integrations dynamically to further applications, without the need to re-develop or build new, means we can adapt our business very quickly.”
Apart from helping Bolton Clarke improve its ability to provide new services, Boomi has helped minimize development costs and timeframes for the non-for-profit. All in all, the integration with the Boomi platform will allow Bolton Clarke to become more agile and be more responsive to the evolving healthcare requirements.
