Frugl Group Limited announced that it has signed a service agreement with one of Australia’s leading wholesale distributors Metcash. As a part of this agreement, Frugl will provide its retail analytics services to Metcash Food.
The details of the agreement suggest that Frugl services will be generated using Frugl’s popular price comparison platform.
Service agreement terms
The newly signed agreement means that Frugl will provide analytical and data information to Metcash using Frugl’s analytics platform, InFocus. Under the terms of the agreement, Metacash and FRUGL will be engaged with each other for an initial period of 2 years with a 1-year extension available to Metacash.
The fees that Metacash will pay for Frugl’s data and analytical information has not been disclosed.
The agreement will provide Frugl an opportunity to strengthen its ties with Metacash and expand its scope of services in the future.
